Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for a refund.

• Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be refunded.

• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
